Where do I start?
Every journey starts with a consultation. We talk through your history, goals and current routine, then decide together which testing — if any — will give you the clearest picture.
What is the difference between the two labs?
Genetic Direction uses a cheek swab to read the DNA you were born with — how your body tends to respond to nutrition, training and recovery. TruDiagnostic uses a blood spot to read epigenetics — how your body is doing right now, including biological age and pace of aging.
How long do results take?
Genetic Direction results typically return in about 2–3 weeks. TruDiagnostic can take up to 6 weeks from the day your sample reaches the lab.
Do I have to buy a test to work together?
No. Testing is optional. Many people start with a consultation and build a plan from lifestyle, labs they already have, and simple tracking.
Is this medical advice?
No. Somatic Engineering LLC is health coaching and education. Recommendations from your physician are relayed and explained, never replaced.
How is my data handled?
Your test results stay with the lab that produced them and with you. Anything shared during coaching is kept confidential.
