How do you know if what you’re doing is actually working?

Many of us invest in exercise, nutrition, recovery, and healthy habits, but without measurable data, it’s difficult to know what’s truly making a difference.

As new tools for measuring health continue to evolve, we now have greater access to data-driven insights that can help us better understand how our daily habits influence our health, performance, and longevity.

Join Cassandra Jackson on Saturday, August 8, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Eastend Wellness in Fulton Market for a discussion on how personalized health data and biomarker testing can help take the guesswork out of wellness.

Discover how to better understand your body’s unique needs and use those insights to make more informed decisions about recovery, nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy aging.

Discover how to:

  • Build a sustainable weekly wellness routine and lasting habits
  • Prioritize recovery for performance and resilience
  • Understand biomarkers and measurable health outcomes
  • Personalize nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies
  • Create a proactive plan for healthy aging and longevity

Reserve one of the wellness sessions offered between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, then stop by Cassandra’s table to learn how precision health testing and personalized wellness planning can help you design your own wellness blueprint and make the most of your Eastend experience, whether you’re a longtime member or visiting for the first time.
